Build Your Circle of Care

Identify resources and build community.

Building your circle of care means identifying trusted people, organizations, and resources that can offer information, guidance, or support when you need it.

You don’t have to wait until a situation becomes difficult to figure out where to turn for help.

This week’s free resources are a few places to start.

Autoimmune Support

Whether you are seeking a new physician, navigating the complexities of insurance, or looking for community, the Autoimmune Association offers a wealth of trusted information and patient support tools to guide your next steps.

Aging Care & After-Loss

Explore: Eldercare Locator

A helpful starting point when you’re not sure what aging-related services are available in your community. Use this national resource to find local programs and organizations that can become part of your circle of care.

Grief isn’t limited to the death of someone we love. As this resource reminds us, we grieve when something we value is taken away. That can include the loss of health or independence, or the time and freedom that can come with becoming a caregiver.

Recognizing these experiences as real losses can help us make space to grieve them and seek support along the way.

Still have questions? We are here to help. Book a 1-hour Clarity Call with Amy for Autoimmune Support or with Audrey for Aging Care or After-Loss.

Note: We share free tools and resources we believe are genuinely helpful. There are no ads, sponsorships, or financial incentives involved.
