How to Balance Caregiving and Your Own Health
Forty-one percent of caregivers report low overall well-being — 32% more than non-caregivers (1). We don’t know who needs to hear this, but PLEASE - take the time for the essentials – joy, exercise, sleep, annual doctor visits, connection with friends - whatever that means to you. You cannot pour from an empty cup.
